KIDS FITNESS TRAINING

FittHPC offers specially designed fitness training for kids 5 – 8 years and 9 - 12 years. Our coaches are trained specialists in all aspects of kids fitness and nutrition.
Kids need physical activity to be healthy kids. Our sessions build core strength, agility, motor skills, balance, coordination, and confidence.
The tailor made training programs help build the foundations for a healthy lifestyle, promoting self-esteem and confidence in fun and positive sessions.
